Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund excluding charged delivery costs within 7 days of receipt by contacting us. Customer has to cover the cost of returning item transportation/shipping to Baby Elephant Organic Wear. The returns policy does not apply to goods that have been used, washed, damaged or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original condition. You must provide a proof of purchase before the return can be authorized. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our returns policy requirements.

When we receive your package, we will notify you by email. The item/s will be inspected and rejected or approved before the refund is issued. If the conditions of our returns policy are met, we will refund the cost of the goods excluding the delivery costs. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Refunds are processed within 2 weeks of your return being received.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item please contact us so we can arrange this for you. Customer has to cover the cost of exchange item transportation/shipping to Baby Elephant Organic Wear. We will gladly offer an exchange for your purchase within 7 days of receipt providing it meets our exchange policy. The exchange policy does not apply to goods that have been used, washed, damaged or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original condition. You must provide a proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the exchange can be authorized. We have the right to deny any exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our exchange policy requirements.
